I love your stuff! Do you have samples?
No, unfortunately, the company does not provide samples for most of the items (exception: leather jackets). I'm getting in samples for the leather jacket, and i've found another buyer who is willing to have his jacket used as a sample base. :) My jacket will be the sample base for girls jackets. This will give a better gauge of the company's quality and sizing, though i can't assure that it's perfect!

Do you offer any warranty?
Unfortunately, because i'm just doing an MO, i can't provide warranty. Thing is, this is NOT a business for me!! I'm just doing this cos i want to get stuff too, so i'm trying to hit MOQ and save on shipping costs!

While i would love to have samples, guarantees etc, this first batch will unfortunately have to be the guinea pig.. but hey.. at least the pricing's great! If the feedback i get in the future is great, then i might consider doing a proper CMO on singaporebikes.com, and raising the prices so i can earn some money :P

How is payment made?
Payment will be made just before i order. Right now, i'm collating orders (orders once confirmed can be changed, but not cancelled, to be fair to me lah.. after all, i'm not getting any reward for doing all this compilation and it's really lots of work!), and when i'm about to hit MOQ i'll send out an email requesting payment. After receiving payment, i'll immediately order and send out the shipping tracking number so that you can be assured that it's on it's way! I promise i WON'T run away with the money - i don't want a bad rep!!!! >.<

How long do I have to wait for shipment to arrive?

Shipment should take a week or so, depending on what shipment i choose at that point of time. If this MOQ takes very long to fulfill, i might pay a bit more to get it in quick. I've added a little safety margin for sudden exchange discrepancies and shipping costs for this purpose, so i'll have to use it wisely or i'll have to self absorb costs.. >.<
